These terms are a legal agreement between you (the visitor) and TYKHE DIGITAL GROUP PTY LTD trading as Life Covers (ABN 40 636 813 057) (lifecovers, we, us, our). By using lifecovers.com.au, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited (to the extent permitted) to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of resupplying the relevant service.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify lifecovers against any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

  • Your breach of these terms.
  • Your misuse of the site.
  • Any false or misleading information you submit through the enquiry form.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
